Is your toilet tank cover Chipped, Cracked, or Missing ?

Here is a Kohler K-4550 Toilet tank cover.

The cover measures 20-1/2" in length at the back. x 8-1/4" front to back at the center and 7-3/8" front to back at the outside edges. x 1-3/4" high.

It is made of china .... (porcelain ware) This cover is in Suez Tan color.

Cover is used in like new condition with no chips, or cracks.

It is used on Kohler Wellworth # K-4522 Toilet tanks.
