Here is a Kohler K-4541 Toilet tank cover.

The outside dimensions of the cover measures 22-1/8" in length x 8-1/4" front to back at the center and 8-1/2" at the outside edges x 1-1/2" high.

It is made of china .... (porcelain ware) This cover is white in color. Also availible in some colors. for additional cost of $10.00.

Cover is used in like new condition with no chips, or cracks.

Note The # K-4541 is used on Kohler Wellworth #K-4518 toilet tanks.
